I recently decided to sell my 3 properties at 42, 44 and 46 Wolsley Ave. My house was on 42 and 44 and 46 were basically grass. A total size of about 2300sqm. When choosing an agent my wife and I talked to 2 or 3 companies and we settled on Tony White from Harcourts in Milford because of his professional approach, non-pushy attitude and the overall plan for sale. Tony has a team of people working with him that assists in all aspects of the sale process. We auctioned our house with a lead in (from memory) timeframe of about 5 weeks.
