23a Blenheim Road, Glenfield, sold conditionally.

2/690 Beach Road, Browns Bay, passed  in at $480000.

5 Muritai Road, Milford, sold unconditionally prior to auction for $1,250,000.

166 Bayswater Avenue, Bayswater, sold unconditionally for $539,000.
