I think builders still finding that it is difficult to make a profit. Another section just sold in Castor Bay at $410000, close to beach, no views, again to a private buyer. That's a courageous move now that the building costs have increased with GST by more than 2.5%. So who's buying the sections? Builders? Developers? Investors/Land bankers? Private families?
